By accessing or using GoPayLocal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GoPayLocal provides purchasing power parity (PPP) discount tools for digital products. The Service includes a JavaScript widget, dashboard, API, and related tools that enable you to offer location-based pricing to your customers.

3. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations; to circumvent or manipulate the pricing mechanisms; to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent; or to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Payment and Billing

Free plans are provided at no cost. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our 30-day money-back guarantee. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GoPayLocal. You retain all rights to your own content and data.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoPayLocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
